Bio:
Have you recently been experiencing anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues that are causing you worry in your daily life? You are NOT alone. Finding a therapist you can build a rapport with and trust in order to share personal and intimate details of your life can be a very important part of the healing process.
My goal is to work together with you to create a more fulfilling life you can enjoy.
I have knowledge and experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in various settings. I have had many opportunities to assist individuals and families in an array of areas including, not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, grief/loss, interpersonal issues, and parental/family issues.
I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused Therapy techniques with my clients based on their presenting issues. I adapt my therapeutic style for the benefit of the individual and/or family’s needs. I truly believe that therapy is an exceptional tool to facilitate individuals working towards positive growth.
