Bio:

I started my career as a Social-Emotional Learning School Counselor in a K-8 school and expanded my practice to counseling individuals and families outside of a school setting. Since 2020, I have been working as an Intensive In-Community Clinician, supporting individuals aged 5 to 21 and families in crisis. I then expanded my professional practice to counseling adults through outpatient services.

I am a mother of three beautiful children. My work benefits my clients and motivates me to be self-reflective in my personal and professional growth.

I received a Master’s in Education Counseling from William Paterson University in 2018. As a National Certified Counselor (NCC), I regularly participate in professional development and believe learning is a lifelong journey that is a continuous process, not meant to end.

I am also a Passaic County School Counselor Association member and was awarded the Educational Service Provider of the Year in 2024. I have worked in the public school system since 2010 and have extensive knowledge of 504 Plans, Individualized Educational Plans, Intervention & Referral Services, Student Learning Standards, Social and Emotional Learning Competencies, and a strong belief in the importance of a healthy connection between educators and students.

My experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults has supported my passion for helping individuals thrive and preparing them for life’s challenges. I believe in the importance of healthy, secure familial relationships and take an eclectic counseling approach. I mainly practice cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy. I have successfully treated individuals dealing with a wide variety of issues. I strongly believe every individual and their family is unique and can achieve their goals given the appropriate support and tools.

Everyone deserves to and can live their best life.
