Bio:
As a spouse and father of four young children, I understand how the stresses of daily life can wear us all down. I was drawn into the field of counseling due to my desire to help individuals, who like myself can sometimes feel overwhelmed or alone. For the last 8 years I have enjoyed counseling a diverse group of adults, youth, and families. I draw from a variety of techniques and one of my strengths is being able to adapt my counseling style to each individual I work with. It is this skill that allows me to come up with the best and most effective treatment for every person I counsel.
It is my belief that anyone seeking out counseling deserves to be heard and given an opportunity to work through their challenges with support, understanding, and a safe environment to grow. I specialize in Anxiety, Anger Management, development of coping skills, and Self-esteem issues. I also have experience with and enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ individuals
Personal Strengths: Good listening skills, Flexibility, Open Minded, Organized, Punctual, Excellent Communication Skills and Resourceful. Personal Interests: I enjoy exercising, reading, and participating in games. I am interested in computers, attending community events, family, and the outdoors.
