Bio:

I am a female African American, LCSW. Treatment approaches I have infused into my work are positive reinforcements, motivation, education, and continuous feedback. I am great at crisis management, conflict resolution, and building rapport with youth and families.

With constant evaluation, I modify each approach to therapy on an individual basis. I strive to achieve the best possible outcome for each child and family that I work with.

Practice Specialties: Behavior modifications, anger management, positive coping skills, sexually problematic behaviors, assisted daily living skills, empowering, advocacy, managing emotions, decompensation.

Treatment Approaches: Cognitive- Cognitive-behavioral therapy, Motivational interviewing, and sex offender-specific treatment.
