Ever had a day where your thoughts were just racing like they are on a racetrack? Going in circles with sometimes no end or direction? Maybe it’s most days. Yeah, me too. It’s common in society to always be moving on to the next thing and not slow down to check in with yourself. How are YOU doing? You’re important! I invite you to come sit in this space with me as you walk me through your journey and what you wish to work on. My goal in sessions is to help you unravel those thoughts—whatever they may be—in a peaceful and mindful way that benefits you. Try to imagine this as your space; your comfort; your peace; your life.
I’m currently accepting clients virtually (online). Being able to provide a neutral space for you is my duty. I specialize working with children, teens, and adults who need support with anxiety, depression, stress/time management issues, ADHD, self esteem, and a variety of others. For children, I provide a play-based approach virtually to ensure engagement.
