I’m a licensed professional counselor passionate about supporting first-generation individuals as they navigate the complex intersections of culture, identity, and belonging. Whether you’re balancing multiple cultural expectations, experiencing generational trauma, anxiety, or questioning where you fit, I offer a space where your full experience is honored and explored with care.

My work is grounded in an attachment-based lens, helping clients understand how early relationships and cultural context shape current patterns of connection, self-worth, and emotional resilience. I offer a warm, culturally affirming space where all parts of you are welcome.
