Ms. Diaz is a managing partner for intensive in-community services across Monmouth, Middlesex, and Union counties in New Jersey. In her role, she seamlessly orchestrates collaborative efforts with various providers on a daily basis, offering invaluable guidance and support. With her wealth of experience and expertise, Ms. Diaz ensures that individuals and families receive the comprehensive care and assistance they need to thrive.
