Outpatient therapy services is a resource for individuals seeking support for mental health concerns who do not require round-the-clock support or safety monitoring. Outpatient therapy is a service offered when the client is not admitted to a hospital, residential program, or other inpatient settings. Outpatient therapy is designed to help reduce, eliminate, and manage difficulties and life stressors. The main goals of this service is designed to allow our clients to increase their quality of life and meet their goals.
Empower U. Outpatient Services is accessible therapeutic services for adults, adolescents, and children. Our highly skilled providers offer many research supported interventions to treat a broad range of challenges by providing innovative and sustainable empowerment. Our multidisciplinary team offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), strengths based therapy, play therapy, mindful based therapy.
Getting started: What to expect
We know the process of starting therapy can be overwhelming. One of our care coordinators will assist by discussing your presenting challenges to pair you with a provider best suited for your current needs. Once our care coordinator obtains your demographic information, you will be contacted to discuss insurance coverage and possible cost. If you choose to proceed, a request to complete and sign new patient paperwork will be emailed to you and your assigned provider will contact you to schedule your first appointment.
What is our focus?
The main focus of Empower U.’s outpatient services is to provide the highest quality of care in the comfort and privacy of your own home, through telehealth virtual visits.
We provide services for individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy.
Services are typically conducted in 60-minute visits on a weekly basis, unless discussed otherwise with your provider. The length and frequency of visits may vary for individual needs.
We accept most insurance networks. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. If you have specific questions regarding your coverage, please contact us for additional details.
