Bio:

Mayda Rosario is a dedicated professional with over six years of experience in the healthcare sector, specializing in care coordination. Her career began as a Behavioral Assistant in January 2018, followed by a role as Care Coordinator in August 2018. Demonstrating exceptional leadership and expertise, she advanced to Lead Care Coordinator in May 2021, and she is now the Director of Care Coordination as of May 2024.

Throughout her career, Mayda has been committed to improving patient outcomes and streamlining care processes. She has successfully led teams to implement innovative care coordination strategies that enhance patient experiences and operational efficiency. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, patient-centered care, and the use of data-driven methodologies to optimize care pathways.

Mayda was awarded the MacGyver Award in December 2022, recognizing her creative problem-solving and adaptability in challenging situations.

In her role as Director of Care Coordination, Mayda is responsible for overseeing the integration of patient care across multiple services and departments. Her vision is to create a seamless healthcare experience that empowers patients and supports healthcare providers in delivering the highest quality of care.

Outside of work, Mayda is passionate about continuous learning and professional development. She enjoys listening to podcasts and audibles about wellness and health, watching movies, and traveling. These interests further fuel her dedication to holistic well-being and community health.
